As usual Aleta did that, this book was everything I knew it would be and much more. I was in aww as to how Jazz & Ken's relationship turned out. The new characters (The triplets) seem to be a great twist to keep the series going. I really enjoyed how the characters up north are linked right back to things happening in Perris/ LA @ The Dance Studio. For AK to be a professional, I'm not sure if Suga is really a goner. The relationship AK ( Sean) shared with his Baby momma and Ashanti was really special. So many things in this book were heart warming ( Jazz' love for Jasmine, Ash' love for her dad, pastor G and Pam, Ashanti' is just a little lady you want to love) of course Gina is going to be trouble in the next installment because she is looking for a come up so she will have all the info old boy with amnesia will need's to get his girl back (smh) Yay is the bitch we love to hate, so I'm sure her grimmey behind will be up to no good in Salty 8. ~ Keep'em coming~ The young and the restless is still running, I don't see any reason this Ghetto soap opera has too end. Very entertaining :)
I wish I could give this one 10 stars!!!!! Anything that Aleta pens, I already know is going to be FIYAH!! Words do not or shall I say can not describe the Salty series!!! I don't know how Aleta manages to always take it to the next level, but she does and she always leaves you begging for more. During the entire series, I was pulling for Jazz and Ken, their love was so powerful you could feel it while reading about it. I will admit, I was shocked at the turn of events, but I expected no less from YaYa, because anything she touches, she destroys! But I wasn't ready for the grimy, salty side of Ken, that was not the Ken Jazz and I (lol) fell in love with. I was so caught up on Ken's alter ego, and mad at Jazz for giving up so easy that I really didn't want to like Sean, but he and his family tugged at my hear, and once you figured out his story, you had no choice but to like him. I think he is perfect for Jazz, but in the back of my mind, I still want Ken with his forever!!! I can't wait to see how Aleta brings it all together!!!! This series should be on tv, seriously!!!!!!!
I feel like somebody just sucker punched me and I can't get any air. I expected some twists and turns but Aleta took this to another whole level and rocked everyone's world!! I'm in shock at the situation between Ken & Jazz, I didn't see it coming and I sure hope it gets fixed fast. That damn YaYa needs to be feel every bit of pain she has caused everyone else. I like the new characters , Sean and his family, and their storyline is the bomb but I'm not feeling what's going on in his personal life smdh ( I just can't give away the surprise).I loved the book but am so stuck right now in my emotions. Plz put out pt 8 soon
WOW, WOW, and WOW AGAIN!!! SALTY 7: NEW BEGINNINGS was FIYAH. I LOVED and ENJOYED it. ALETA WILLIAMS TOOK the SALTY SERIES to ANOTHER LEVEL, a TRUE PAGE-TURNER. TWISTS and TURNS, I NEVER SAW COMING. YAY has been GRIMY the ENTIRE SERIES, but SHE OUTDID HERSELF. JAZZ and KEN DIDN'T DESERVE THAT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT the FUTURE HOLDS for THESE UNFORGETTABLE CHARACTERS, but I CAN'T WAIT to READ it in pt. 8. I'm going to be on PINS and NEEDLES ANTICIPATING its RELEASE. This AUTHORESS is DOING HER THING with this EXTRAORDINARY SERIES. A DEFINITE, DEFINITE, DEFINITE MUST READ.......
Ms Aleta has done it again. .This book is off the hook full of twist and turns that u never seen coming at u, we always thought Ken and Jazz would have Forever but it's possibility it may not be, Yay is grimy as ever and still hasn't learned that Karma is a bitch and payback is her sister! Her time is a coming and Baaaby when it does she.. better watch out, Jazz has had enough of no love and doing her, hopefully things will turn around for them but until then she ain't no joke not giving away too much but if u ain't read it definitely missing out on a great read
I tell you just when you thought Yay couldn't get more ratchet she did that x100!!!! The scheme she pulls in this sequel is the worst thus far. Poor Ken and Jazz their relationship is at the bottom of the barrel. What you expected to read in this sequel will not come to past. Be ready to be shocked, pissed, and extra freaking salty! Happily ever after ain't this book! But trust me it's written with perfection! Sit on the edge of your seat and be prepared to witness new beginnings of saltiness!
SEVEN books and it still gets to the end and not wrap up nothing I needed!! I guess Ms. Williams knew I couldn't take no more of Yay's swanky, salty, schemin' self!! Ugh!! I can't imagine having all that in my heart. THAT has got to be a miserable way to live!! And Ken...I was so happy he lived but I just wasn't expecting all that amnesia. I wanted him to discover who he was and him and Jazz make their relationship work...Dang...GREAT SERIES THAT WILL LEAVE YOU MAD AND FUSSING AT CERTAIN CHARACTERS!!
I love this series, but that damn Yay Yay has got to be stopped. I just can't wait until everybody get together and handle Yay Yay she is such a snake. I was shocked to see what happened with Ken and Jazz and also mad, but there is still a Part 8 , so I have hope. Girl you are one of my favorite authors keep up the good work. I'm waiting on part 8 and I hope everyone has their happy ending except Yay Yay she needs to go.
