This book refuses to download. I need to finish my homework but instead spent several hours trying to get this book to download on Kindle PC. I tried deleting it and reloading, I closed the kindle app, I restarted my computer and nothing is working. I tried sending it to my iPad but will only send it to one device because it is a rental. I should have just ordered it from VitalSource instead.
Jennings has prepared an amazing law book. There are cases presented with some of today's popular companies and celebrities. International law cases are included as well as consideration given to the European Union, China and common law. The author has explained the complexity of how American case law is interwoven with Statutes and the old Common Law system from England, with the morality system of ancient Rome and Greece, which established the foundations for Western Civilization. There are interesting questions to ponder at the end of each chapter, an excellent chapter summary, Appendices, an index and glossaries. This book is well worth the money spent on it.
This book an excellent source of information to have as a student. Multiple examples are given concerning cases to give you an outstanding idea on how they worked out with Business/Ethics combined. Read the book thoroughly line by line. Great information is given from Independent Contractors for a company to doing business internationally. It will assist students in elaborating on discussions and open up one way mindsets. GREAT BOOK!
I purchased this because it was required for a class, but I am writing to recommend it because I really enjoyed it. The text uses relevant, interesting real-life examples to illustrate it's teaching and is fair and unbiased in its treatment of law and ethics in business.

Not a terrible read, some great information necessary for class and overall not difficult to understand. Easy to follow and helpful as a guide during class discussions
