I was happy to get a free kindle version to give my honest feedback about this cookbook. I used to be vegan, but now eat vegetarian. However, I still like make healthier desserts on occasion. This cookbook does a few things well:-It provides a good variety of desserts, including breakfasts and shakes.-It offers some gluten free options as well-It sites sources for each of the recipes, because the recipes in this book were inspired by blog posts and other sources.-The recipes look like they make really yummy desserts!Here's what it didn't do well:-It is sloppily put together. I noticed a typo on the Cacao and Maca Smoothie- it says "Mace" in the title. Oops!-The pictures don't match the recipes, in many cases. I would guess they came from an internet search and I question whether the author actually made all the recipes in here because he definitely didn't take most of the pics. For example, the "Macaroons" (made with coconut) show a picture of "Macarons" (One "o", sandwiched cookies made with almond flour).-The chocolate chip cookie dough recipe shows sprinkles... but they are not in the recipe. But more importantly, if this is meant for eating raw (which I assume because there are no baking instructions) then there should be a disclaimer about eating raw flour at your own risk. Recently, dozens of people across the country have been sickened by e.coli from eating raw dough with flour in it.Over all, I would say this book has plenty of good recipes in it for someone looking for vegan desserts. However, if you are a visual learner and expect the pics to show you how these desserts should look, you might be disappointed.If you found my review helpful, please vote for it.

My wife is slowly converting me to vegan. This book helps with my sweet tooth! Up until now I haven't agreed with any of the "desserts." I can't wait to try more :)

The recipes in this book are delicious and satisfying, especially the chocolate avocado frosting (which I've been using on everything, even swirled into oatmeal). The formatting of some pages is wonky, but I'm sure the publisher will work out those kinks.I received this e-book for free via my participation in theTomoson program in exchange for an honest review.

All the recipes I have tried are good. I do modify some of them that contain things I do not eat but they have still been good.

Been looking for something to help me out on my new Vegan path. The hardest thing to give up was chocolate. I am thankful for this book!

I just received this as a gift this morning and have already read it from cover to cover. The first chapter gives reasons readers should consider a vegan diet. One word... chocolate. Yep. Chocolate is vegan - as long as it contains no milk, honey, gelatin, eggs, etc. The rest of the book contains delicious, easy-to-follow recipes for different chocolate delicacies - including nutritional information. All the recipes are complete with correct instructions calling for the right ingredients. I didn't see any glaring gramatical errors, either.If you think vegan chocolate recipes are boring, how about an Oreo blizzard? Oh - and speaking of oreos, while that brand is vegan, why not make your own? It's in there! You can even have chocolate for breakfast! I mean, it IS one of the major food groups, right?Most of the recipes consisted of things I already have in the pantry or are easily sourced. They seem easy to follow and a few have only 3 ingredients. Read that as something easy you can make when you are having a chocolate withdrawal that doesn't require getting out of your bunny slippers for a run to the store. I just had to try the 3 ingredient brownies - and they were delicious!Some of the recipes are fit for kingly guests, too! The chocolate Amoretti peaches have my attention for a special brunch!Yes. This book and I are going to be new best friends! I am tickled pink to have received an ebook sample so I could share my honest opinion.
